Steven McCarthy is a native of Lansing, Michigan. He earned a BA in Communication at Spring Arbor University, then married his high school sweetheart, Emily. After a two year pastoral internship in Indiana, he completed his M.Div. at RPTS in Pittsburgh. Steven went on to pastor the Reformed Presbyterian Church in Walton, NY beginning in 2013, before joining the Anglican Diocese of the Living Word and coming to Christ Church in 2019. During their time in the Catskills, the McCarthys welcomed their children, Albert, Ernest, and Eleanor. Steven typically unwinds by watching Columbo or playing his ukulele.
Sam and Abigail and their kids moved to South Bend in 2017. Sam is a professor at Notre Dame Law School, and his publications include Genesis 1-11: A New Old Translation for Readers, Scholars, and Translators (with John F. Hobbins).
Robert Ramsey was born in Northern California, but fell in love with the Midwest at the same time he fell in love with his wife, Rachel. He did his undergrad at Hillsdale College in History and Political Economics. Currently, software development consumes his time. Robert enjoys fixing espresso machines and making bad pizza.
Bishop Julian Mark Dobbs is the Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of the Living Word and has oversight of the clergy and congregations in the diocese. He and his wife Brenda, have made their home in Northern Virginia since 2006.
